Model Aviation Products' obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. User shall determine the suitability of the product for his/her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection herewith. Replacement Parts/Labour: Replacement parts are available for all MAP Retracts. Damaged retracts can be returned to Model Aviation Products for Repair. Customer is required to pay for the replacement parts and shipping. Repair labour is free of charge.
